Shipping & Returns

  • We charge flat rates for shipping.
  • By default all shipments will be sent via Österreichischen Post AG (Austrian Postal Service).
  • Optional at extra cost, customers can choose the mail “Priority Service”, or an alternative Carrier.
  • In that case we charge the actual cost of transport.
  • If you want an express delivery or an alternative way of transport, mark the corresponding box when completing the order form.
  • In this case we will get in contact with you as soon as possible to clarify the details, and the cost of carriage will be added to your invoice ex post.
  • Please check the Return Policy in our Returns Policy Instruction & Returns Form!
  • “gross price” = retail price with VAT (value added tax) included for delivery within the European Community.
    “net price” = retail price without VAT (value added tax) for delivery outside the European Community.
